The kitchen and dining area adjoin the living area and offer French doors to the large sun deck on the south side of the home. This level offers two additional bedrooms each with one queen bed which share a hall bath with the living area. If the panoramic views from the third level living and pool area are not enough for you – take the spiral steps up to the roof top deck where you can see for miles in every direction! A half bath can be found on the main living level and an additional full bath by the pool. Lastly, the elevator can be utilized for an additional fee.

The Key West style exterior of the home is warm and welcoming with its beautiful set of solid wood entry doors and lush landscaping. The foyer is grand with high ceilings and an open stairwell on the left. The stairwell in itself is a work of art with unique wrought iron ivy details in the railing.
After entry, to your right, you will find the library entrance features another beautiful set of hand-crafted, solid wood doors. The desk area is built-in with custom bookshelves queen sized bed and a TV.
Past the library is the glass bricked doorway entrance to the galley-style kitchen. Cooking in this kitchen will be a pleasure with its polished granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, gas range cook-top, and view over the breakfast bar out to the waterfront. Off the kitchen is a high-top table and four chairs perfect for morning coffee and breakfast. The kitchen is open to the living area with lots of comfortable seating in front of the TV/entertainment center.
Behind the living area is the formal dining room which features custom built-ins, a fireplace with a carved wood mantle, and more picture windows for beautiful views of the water. The downstairs bedrooms are located behind the kitchen.
4 Bedrooms: Bedroom 1 has a queen bed and private bath. Bedroom 2 has a queen bed. Bedroom 3 has a queen-sized bed. Bedrooms 2 and 3 share a hall bath with a tub/shower combo. Dune Delight is located directly across the street from the Gulf of Mexico, this updated 1,872 square foot beach home is ready to become your successful vacation rental or new beach home. With 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, this home sleeps 15. There are two bedrooms on the sand level, both with their own bathrooms. Upstairs there is an open living area, where the Gulf views are showcased with floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors and windows.
From the living area, step outside onto the 40′ wide Gulf-view deck. This large area is the perfect example of beach living, and is ideal for entertaining, outdoor dining, or relaxing while watching the waves roll in. The ground floor bedrooms and bathrooms offer more handicap accessibility than many beach homes.

Tour the historic Ft. Pickens, or take a nice scenic bike ride, jog, or ride down the 15-mile water view stretch from Pensacola Beach to Navarre Beach. Pick up some grouper and fresh oysters at Peg Leg Pete’s along the way. Join up with the Pensacola Beach Trail just under a mile away and enjoy the views of the beach (you don’t have to do the whole 9.1 miles!).
