The Festival

- HighBall Halloween began as a one-night event centered around our signature Costume Couture Fashion Show, where teams of local designers compete for the top spot and a cash prize. It has evolved to become America’s most elaborate costume party.
- HighBall, High Fashion, takes place along North High Street, Short North, from Goodale to Nationwide. At HighBall Halloween, you are what you wear.
- The HighBall is the nation’s fiercest costume party and brings together thousands of visitors for street parties, stage shows, designer competitions and an outrageous “Howloween” pet costume contest.
- HighBall Halloween helps raise money to support various initiatives in the Short North Arts gay district.
