Sonoma County’s annual Pride celebrations take place with a weekend-long series of festivities in the beautiful town of Santa Rosa.

The Main Parade
- Awaiting dates – The Sonoma County Pride parade is held on the Saturday of the weekend festival at 6 pm, leaving from the Old Courthouse Square and heading down Fourth Street in Santa Rosa.
The Pride Festival
- Immediately after the parade, follow the music and explore the Square community festival, newly expanded onto Fourth Street. Take some time to stroll and shop at the many local vendors offering an eclectic mix of clothing, gifts and hand-crafted art. Check out a wide range of non-profit organizations and learn about the excellent work for the community.
- Hungry? Enjoy a bite to eat from one of the food and snack vendors offering a variety of delicious options.
- Quench your thirst with a cold beer or cocktail at the festival bar and enjoy live shows, drag acts and special performances throughout the night.
Pool Parties
- Awaiting dates – Typically the Sunday of the pride weekend – Graton Resort and Casino hosts the larges gay pool party in Norcal, featuring a lineup of international guest DJs and live performances, sexy gogos and hot boys in speedos! What’s not to love?
Gay Santa Rosa, Sonoma

Getting to Sonoma
- Getting to Sonoma can be time consuming, but is so worth the trip! The closest airport is Santa Rosa (22 miles away from Sonoma) or you can also fly into one of three nearby international airports: San Francisco, Oakland or Sacramento.
- Even though San Francisco and Oakland are closer than Sacramento, we still recommend flying into Sacramento because it cuts down on the endless traffic and interchanges.
- There are plenty of shuttles, taxis, buses and limousine services to take you from the airport to your hotel, vacation home, spa, or bed-and-breakfast.
