Celebrate pride in Silicon Valley as San Jose is covered in a sea of rainbows for an end of Summer event. The Pride week runs for a week, while the major celebrations take place on the final Saturday and Sunday.

The Pride Village

- Each year in late August, Silicon Valley Pride takes over the Plaza de César Chávez Park in downtown San Jose to celebrate pride for two days of fun in the sun.

- Saturday 30th August, 2025 – Events kick off with a night festival from 6 pm to 11 pm on Saturday
- Two stages will provide different types of entertainment including DJs and live performances.
- Sunday 31st August, 2025 – On Sunday events frum from midday to 6 pm.
Main parade
- Sunday 31st August, 2025 – 10:30 am The parade leaves along Market Street starting at Julian Street and ending at the main entrance of the festival. Festival grounds open once again after the parade ends at noon to the excitement of dance performers, talented artists, and the music of live bands.
- The festival features two stages: the main stage and a second stage; Family Garden (family-friendly area); Hey Girl Area and Stage (area celebrating our queer women and femme-identified community members); Live Visual Art Exhibitions; Cocktail Lounge; and an array of vendors including food trucks and many more.
