Puerto Vallarta Gay Pride celebrations featuring cultural events, parades, pool parties and a host of other activities.
A hot Latin pride by the beach 2025
Puerto Vallarta Pride is one of the biggest celebrations in the beach town and marks the end of the high season with spectacular parties, a colourful parade, poolside events, cultural activities and gala dinners.
The Event
- Next Edition: Saturday 17th May – Sunday 25th May 2025.
- Vallarta Pride is a week-long annual pride event. It has become one of the leading pride celebrations in Latin America.
- Events include arts and cultural events, concerts, films, beach parties and a lot of fun outdoor performances to show the world the fabulous diversity of Puerto Vallarta.
- Vallarta Pride was created to showcase all the unique elements that have made the resort town one of the top destinations for the international gay community.
- The Theme for 2025 is “Revolution – The future has no gender”.

Mantamar Pride Pool Parties
- Typically for Wed to Sunday of Memorial Weekend- Events kick off with a series of opening parties across all of the resort’s main gay bars and clubs together with The Pride Week at Mantamar Beach Club.
- The beach club is situated along the famed Los Muertos gay beach in charming Zona Romantica. Live acts will perform at the Eden Club, The Mantamar and at The Top Bar over 5 days.
- Pool parties take place each day with a roster of International Circuit DJs.
Industry Night Club Pride Parties
- Awaiting dates- Industry Night Club will host Puerto Vallarta’s Circuit Pride Festival over 5 nights and include co-hosted partied with Mantamar, White Party Palm Springs and Nasty Party Mexico.
Guapo PV Pride After Parties
- Typically Friday to Sunday – Guapo Parties DEEP, JUICY & RAW , a series of late night after parties as part of their signature PV Pride after parties.
- Continue your celebration after the nightclubs have closed on the final Friday, Saturday and Sunday of the pride celebrations.
- Stay just steps from the club nights and close to the beach in your own luxury condo or stay at the charming Hotel casa Nicole, with an exceptional rating.
Pride Sun Festival
- Awaiting dates – Taking over Lazaro Cardenas Park.
- The Pride Sun festival will run over three days and nights and feature a main stage with national and international performers.
- Activities include an exhibitor area, food and drink stalls and pop up events, from 12 pm to 11 pm each day.

The Main Parade
- Awaiting dates – Join the Vallarta Pride Parade. Note in the previous edition the event moved to Saturday afternoon.
- The parade begins at the Sheraton Hotel and ends at One Six One PV Bar in the Romantic Zone.
- Awaiting departure time and exact route.

Vallarta Beach Party
- Awaiting dates – Typically Saturday – Vallarta Pride 2024 Beach Party will rock the waves in 2024.
- Events culminate with a spectacular beach celebration.
- A grand stage on the sand, adorned with large screens and captivating visuals, will set the scene for entertainment and community connection with our DJs.

Bear Pride
- Awaiting dates – Typically Thursday to Sunday – Bearadise, Puerto Vallarta’s hottest bear party orgniser presents a week-long series of pool parties in Casa Cupula, bear beach excurisions and fun furry fetish nights in NOX Bar with the hottest “bearlebrities” and porn stars during Bear Pride Puerto Vallarta.
- Events include two pool parties at Casa Cupula, a beach day and two night parties at Nox.
The Pink Dinner & After Party
- Awaiting dates – Typically held on Wednesday – Multiple Venues from 7.30 pm – Pink Dinner Official opening event for Puerto Vallarta Pride featuring a gourmet meal at Eden Rooftop restaurant followed by an after party at One Six One restaurant.
Drag Derby
- This event did not take place last year – The Annual Pulpito Drag Derby takes place on Pupito Street & Olas Altas (In front of Swedes Restaurant).
- Calle Pulpito and the Pinnacle stairs transforms into a Drag Race Track and giant block-party featuring music, comedy, entertainment and another amazing (drag) race.
The Pride Pet Parade
- Typically opening Monday – Enjoy a sunset pet parade dog walk from 6 pm at Plaza Lázaro Cárdenas, benefiting Puppy Paradise dog shelter.
Gay Hotels in PV
- The iconic ocean-front Almar Hotel is known for its signature turquoise canvas lounge chairs that mark the gay section of the beach front. The popular beach-side resort is located in the gayborhood ‘Zona Rosa’ just a stone’s throw away from the entertainment of downtown Puerto Vallarta.
