Pink Dog Hong Kong is one of Asia’s premier LGBT festival celebrating acceptance, inclusion and awareness through an exciting program of arts, education, entertainment, sports and adventure.

- Pink Dot LGBTQ Carnival is Hong Kong’s annual gay event and takes over West Kowloon Cultural District Art Park.
- The festival, celebrates acceptance, inclusion and awareness.
- The carnival will feature a major concert with over 20 performances by local artistes, featuring Pink Ambassadors Lana Wong, Pong Nan, and Yan Ting to the Pink Dot stage. Also featured at the event is transgender singer-songwriter Xavian Wu, otherwise known by his artist name SY.
- Pink Dot attracts thousands of people, Dressed in Pink for an afternoon and evening of parties and events with more than 70 different booths, including arts and crafts and pet adoption.
- More than 80 booths will be set up across the venue for games, talks, worship, service introductions and sharing opportunities.
- Activities run from 1 pm to 7 pm.
- Hong Kong Pride is also celebrated in November.
West Kowloon Cultural District Art Park
The West Kowloon Cultural District Art Park in Hong Kong is a vibrant cultural area that offers a mix of arts and leisure facilities. As one of the key components of the West Kowloon Cultural District (WKCD), the Art Park features green spaces, a waterfront promenade, and various venues for performances and events, including:
- Freesspace: A modern venue for contemporary performances and events.
- The Lawn: A large open green space used for outdoor events, picnics, and leisure.

Proximity to Hong Kong’s Gay District
Hong Kong districts most known for its LGBTQ+ friendly bars, clubs, and inclusive atmosphere include districts around Central, on Hong Kong Island, particularly the areas of Lan Kwai Fong and SoHo.
The West Kowloon Cultural District is located on the Kowloon side of Victoria Harbour, opposite the Central area. The distance between the West Kowloon Cultural District Art Park and the Central area is relatively short.
- By MTR: The Mass Transit Railway (MTR) can be taken from Kowloon Station to Central Station, which takes approximately 5 minutes.
- By Car/Taxi: Driving or taking a taxi would take about 10-15 minutes without heavy traffic.

Gay Hong Kong Nightlife is centered on Hong Kong Island around the areas of Soho and Lan Kwai Fong (LFK). Weeknights can be a little quiet across HK gay nightlife but weekends make up for this.
Gay Hong Kong’s nightlife is mainly located in the Soho (South of Hollywood Road, HK Island) and LKF (Lan Kwai Fong, HK Island). Soho and LKF are separate areas but are within easy walking distance from each other (around 10 minutes). Zoo Bar in Soho (Jervois Street, HK Island) and Oosh Saturday Nights in LKF (Pottinger Street, HK island) are two of HK biggest gay venues.
