Newcastle Pride celebrates sexuality and gender diversity in Newcastle, Lake Macquarie and the Hunter Region. Newcastle lies at the mouth of the Hunter River, approximately 105 miles, 2 hour drive (170 km) northeast of Sydney.

Fair Day

- The biggest gay day of the year, with a main stage, a new dedicated DJ dance space, Storytime with Wonder Mama, Glamorous Drag shows, non-stop performance art, live music, Doggywood Parade, Children and Youth Space, join the Tug of Love or Handbag Toss.
- Peruse the food stalls & vans, mixed retail stalls, LGBTIQA+ Community Stalls, The Red Torquettes motorcycles and much more.
- Tip: Bring shade, water, a rug or your sequinned banana chair, settle in and get ready for a wave of camp entertainment and rainbow coloured fun.
