Brisbane Pride Festival is Queensland’s largest and Australia’s third largest LGBTIQA+ event, attracting more than 10,000 festival-goers over a four week period each year.

- Brisbane Pride Month includes a diverse range of dozens of events hosted and partnered by the Brisbane Pride Festival and other groups within the LGBTIQA community.
Brisbane Pride Parade
- Saturday – Late Septemer – The main parade typically takes place on the last Saturday of the festival and makes its way along Brunswick Street through the Valley to the Park.

Brisbane Pride Fair Day
- Saturday – Late September – After the annual pride march, more than 5000 party goers converge on Musgrave Park to celebrate at the Brisbane Pride Fair Day. The fair day starts at 10.00 am through to 5pm and is Queensland’s largest annual LGBTIQ+ event.
- Musgrave Park turns into one big, proud, all-ages family-friendly playground, complete with live music, performances, food and drinks, community stalls, special events, competitions and lots more.
- The park is in South Brisbane, just a 5 minute drive from the gay bars of Fortitude Valley.
Gay Brisbane
- About an hour’s flight north of Sydney, Brisbane is the main gateway to Australia’s famous Gold Coast resort area. Dubbed “Bris Vegas” by locals, it’s an exciting city, known around the country for its non-stop nightlife.
