Gay Pride Toronto is a month long event in June culminating in one of the largest parades of its kind in North America on the final weekend.
Gay Pride Toronto is one of Canada’s premier arts and cultural festivals and one of the largest Pride celebrations in the world. Pride week features 30 days of world class arts and cultural programming, community activities, one of the world’s largest street festivals. Events end with the Festival Weekend at the end of June.

The Pride Village & Street Fair
- Friday 27th to Sunday 29th June, 2025 – Pride takes over the blocks bordered by Bloor Street, Jarvis Street, Carton Street and Yonge Street (the TTC Stations at Bloor or Wellesley work well).
- The annual Street Fair in the Church-Wellesley Village as part of Pride Week allows visitors to take a stroll through car-free streets where you can connect with local organisations participating in the Community Fair, or browse the wares of the Marketplace, home to fantastic artisans and a diverse selection of delicious food from partnering vendors.

Pride Parade
- Sunday 29th June, 2025 – The main parade takes place from the corner of Church St and Bloor St all the way down Yonge St to Yonge-Dundas Square. The procession kicks off at 2pm.
- Stay close to all the daytime pride celebrations and afterparties at The Ivy at Verity, a boutqiue hotel rated “Excellent” by guests, located in a restored 1850’s chocolate factory with charming decor and highly-rated breakfasts.
Glitterbox Prism Pool Party
- Friday – Awaiting dates – PRISM takes over Cabana Pool Club to host Glitterbox, a unique outdoor pool party on the final Friday of the Toronto Pride celebrations.

- Thursday – Monday – Awaiting dates – Prism Hosts a weekend of Circuit Events and parties. Check out the Prism Festival schedule.
- Events kick off with Bootcamp on Thursday. Don’t miss their mega event WE Party on Saturday and the world famous, La Leche on Sunday Night.
Queer West Neighbourhood
- Toronto Pride Week isn’t limited to the Village. Over in the aptly named Queer West neighbourhood, you can have a gay ole time at a number of queer-themed events and activities.
- Dance until the wee hours of the morning at Bovine Sex Club.
Pitbull Toronto
- Friday & Saturday – Awaiting dates – Pitbull hosts two of their signature events during Toronto Pride including, Fetish Life on Friday Night and The Mega Pride Edition on Saturday.
Official Pride Pool Party
- Awaiting dates – Typically the weekend before the main Parade – Come make a splash and join Toronto Pride Pool Party for a night of hot drag performance, sexy guys and great music.
- The event takes over the Grand Bizarre Supper Club, Toronto’s biggest outdoor beach club.
Green Space Festival
- Awaiting Dates – Cawthra Square Park, located right beside the 519 Community Centre, is a large, tree-lined space that is host to some of Pride Week’s most anticipated events as part of the Green Space Festival.
- Drop by Lipstick Jungle and close off the week at the Disco, Disco dance party.
Gay Toronto
- Church and Wellesley is the gay district of Toronto, with the core commercial strip located along Church Street from Wellesley south to Alexander. Getting around in Toronto is easy. There is a good metro system in place and plenty of taxis.
- Pay a visit to Woody’s. Open since 1989, it’s the quintessential Toronto queer bar and it’s as popular as ever today. Don’t miss the Smoking Hot Divas show on Sundays. Its brother bar, “Sailor” is a great place to meet-up with locals and make new friends and is located right next-door!
- Black Eagle (457 Church St.), Toronto’s original leather and denim cruising bar hosts some of the hottest weekend parties in Toronto with guest DJs and different themes. Their Sunday BBQ is also popular from mid afternoon until 9 pm.
- The Churchmouse and Firkin – The Firkin (as it’s referred to by local gays), is a british pub with great food, theme nights and craft beers.
- Church St Garage – With floor to ceiling windoes and an epic patio, this bar features drag nights, karaoke evenings and lots of drink specials.
- Crews and Tangos – Toronto’s No 1 drag bar with multiple floors playing different music, theme nights, drag shows and packed on weekends.

- O’Gradys & The Lodge – Large Patio bar serving craft beer, delicious cocktails and classic breakfasts. Upstairs from the lodge you will find the bar plaing host to different theme parties and events.
- Pegasus on Church – One of the oldest bars on Church Street with a sports-bar vibe and hot rugby guys.
